Les Mills Body Attack
BODYATTACK™ is a simple, high-intensity group exercise-to-music class that caters to all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 730
Les Mills Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact, martial arts-based workout with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Supported by driving music and an instructor who models movements for you, you will strike, punch, and kick your way through calories to achieve superior cardio fitness. Each BODYCOMBAT™ class provides an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. (60 minute class) Potential calorie burn: 545
Les Mills Bodystep
BODYSTEP™ is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits you can expect to achieve in this class are toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength. Les Mills RPM
RPM™ is an indoor cycling class where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music and control the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through 20-25 kilometers of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – and like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new SH’BAM™ release is produced every three months with new music and choreography. An intense 60-minute workout where you will sweat your way through drills, plyometrics, strength training and sports conditioning exercises. If you're looking for sports conditioning, to stay in shape through the warmer months, or to take your fitness to a whole new level, this class is for you. All fitness levels welcome.

BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights, good for just about anyone who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Les Mills BodyviVe
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. There are inspirational instructors and music to motivate you. Best of all, you’re left fizzing with energy, so you can really take life on! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYVIVE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. Potential calorie burn: 420
Les Mills CXWorx
CXWORX™ is based on cutting-edge scientific research that combines the best of personal training with the energy of a group fitness class. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Mind / Body Classes
Les Mills Body Flow
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life – a group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being. Yoga
Join our certified yoga instructors to learn how to incorporate body, breath, and mind while increasing strength and flexibility through gentle yoga movements.
The use of postures and breath control to further release and relax. Focus is on alignment of the body with the use of blocks and straps to enhance poses. This traditional yoga system stresses precision, alignment and awareness of body mechanics in a variety of poses.
All levels welcome.
Little Yoga
Children will have fun exploring the world of yoga through stretching, movement, imaginative play, music, games and storybooks. This active class finishes up with a relaxing period at the end to calm your little yogi. For ages 2-5. Drop off class.
