BODYATTACK

The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYCOMBAT

The fiercely energetic cardio workout that is inspired by martial arts from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Tae kwon do, Tai Chi, Capoeria, and Muay Thai. Driving music and powerful instructors will unleash you through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYSTEP

The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements to get huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

LES MILLS TONE

LES MILLS TONE offers a modern training experience while maintaining the original 3 in 1 training style. A mix of cardio, resistance and core, LES MILLS TONE plays with a variety of training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workout. Offered in both a 45 minute and
full hour option.

BODYJAM

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance! A fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat!

ZUMBA

An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! Great for all levels; no dance experience required.

RPM

Incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.

LES MILLS SPRINT

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Quick and hard with minimum joint impact.

GRIT: CARDIO

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT: PLYO

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
