A total body workout to strengthen, lengthen and stretch for a long a lean physique. Developed from a Ballet background, combines low impact exercise with use of the barre, 1-3 lb dumbbells, squishy balls, bands and gliders.
All classes use postures, breathing and meditative awareness to align body & limber-up the spine. A powerful tool for stress management & relaxation. Gentle inversions, calming work, and props can be used. All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow I: This class is great for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. It will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. You’ll flow through Vinyasa yoga poses at a moderate pace.
Yoga Flow II: A more rigorous yoga class and for those familiar with yoga. It’s demanding postures will have you feeling strong, moving, breathing and breaking a sweat. It focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. This class will leave your mind and body feeling strengthened, balanced, detoxified and exhilarated!
Yoga Sculpt: Yoga sculpt is a combination of yoga and resistance training. This is a great total body workout that combines plyo and cardio bursts. Stretch, strengthen and sweat in this energetic yoga class.
