CXWORX

30-minute core format that hones in on the torso and sling muscles connecting your upper body to your lower body. Ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

BARRE

A total body workout to strengthen, lengthen and stretch for a long a lean physique. Developed from a Ballet background, combines low impact exercise with use of the barre, 1-3 lb dumbbells, squishy balls, bands and gliders.

BODYPUMP

A rapid fat burning class using barbells to tone and condition muscles! Verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class. BODYPUMP 45 is an express version of the program.

LES MILLS TONE

LES MILLS TONE offers a modern training experience while maintaining the original 3 in 1 training style. A mix of cardio, resistance and core, LES MILLS TONE plays with a variety of training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workout. Offered in both a 45 minute and full hour option.

GRIT: PLYO

Combining the principles of explosive plyometrics and power agility training, you’ll build a powerful, agile and athletic body. 30-minute workouts. Take these classes 1-2x a week for maximum results.  Lower impact options available; not recommended for pregnant women.

GRIT: STRENGTH

Builds strength and tones lean muscle, increases metabolism after the workout, reduces fat, and develops lean muscle. 30-minute workouts. Take these classes 1-2x a week for maximum results. Lower impact options available; not recommended for pregnant women.

In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance. Strength Training classes also contributes to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.
