Dear Valued Customer,

In accordance with the Governor of Colorado’s orders to close gyms for 30 days, we have unfortunately had to cancel all Youth Program related activities (Child Care, Fun Zone, Birthday Parties & Camps) from March 17th until such time the order is lifted.

If you have a date and time in mind you would like me to move your birthday party to please let me know and I will do my utmost to make that happen for you.

I’ve already applied a credit to your Bladium Account for any canceled camps previously scheduled. This credit doesn’t expire. If you decide to use your credit during Summer, Bladium will cover the difference in price for you.

Dear Bladium Fitness Members:

I would like to take a moment to clarify the status of your fitness membership account during the mandated club closure. Our billing cycle closes on the 1st of each month and automatic billing occurs on the 15th. On March 18th, Governor Polis ordered all gyms to close. Up until 3/18/20, we had every intention of remaining open under the guidelines of the county, state, and CDC.  Upon closing, we immediately froze all fitness memberships.

Once we’re able to resume normal operations, all fitness memberships will thaw and billing will not resume until 30 days from the day we open. Any other questions or concerns regarding your membership will be handled once we reopen.

I understand the toll COVID-19 is taking on everyone.  I hope this helps address any confusion regarding your fitness membership.

ALL MEMBERSHIP BILLING HAS BEEN FROZEN
We truly appreciate all the support from our members and community as we try to find our way through this situation. Effective March 17, 2020, all Bladium fitness membership billing will be FROZEN. There is no need to call, email or fill out any forms. We can’t wait to  welcome you all back to Bladium soon!
