HEALTH & WELLNESS UPDATES

Updated November 19, 2020, at 2:00pm

Dear Bladium Sports & Fitness Community,

Thank you to those who have been with us during our reopening! We have had much success with safe and socially distanced fitness. It feels great to be back at it and see familiar faces! To the members still on FREEZE, your memberships will continue to remain on FREEZE. To reactivate, please visit our REACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP page.

Safety, sanitation, and social distancing continue to be at the forefront of everything we do. Here are our most recent club updates.

You may have seen Denver county, in addition to many other area counties, entered “Level Red” on the COVID-19 dial this past Tuesday. What does this mean for Bladium? While we (thankfully!) are able to stay open, we do have some additional restrictions.

The new public health order allows us to operate at 10% capacity. Indoor classes will be capped at 10 individuals and outdoor classes will be limited to groups of less than 10 individuals. Our greatest advantage is our facility size. With more than 83,000 square feet both indoors and outside, we are confident that this new health order won’t cause any significant changes in class structure or overall capacity.

The order also requires members to make a reservation prior to each Bladium visit. This includes booking a space in a class and working out on your own in the facility. Member workout reservations will be in 90-minute increments beginning at 5:30am, Monday through Friday, and at 7:00am on Saturday and Sunday.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAM UPDATES

Bladium is now booking reservations for birthday parties. Let our Bladium Party Hosts lead your guests through a fun, high-energy event while you relax! We will set up and clean up so you can just enjoy the day. Choose between our popular Inflatable FUN ZONE Party or our Outdoor SPLASH Party (available June – August). Whichever you choose, every party is a hit at Bladium!

Click here to start your party registration.

  • All Bladium employees will be in masks and have daily temperature checks.
  • Adults and children aged 11 and over are required to wear masks during the entire party.
  • Kids aged 10 and under will be encouraged to wear masks, especially when going to and from the party area.
  • Your party will not share a space with others. Your space will be private to your group and sanitized before and after your party time.
  • You and your party guests will be greeted at our sports entrance by our Party Supervisor.
  • Groups will be limited to no more than 25 people (15 kids and 10 adults). We encourage you to only invite those that have been a part of your social bubble.
  • Food will no longer be served by the Party Host. Self-serve will be encouraged.
  • The activities have been modified to allow for social distancing and less contact with equipment and party hosts.
  • Should we have a disruption in schedule due to COVID-19, all parties will be refunded and resume again when it is safe to do so.

SPECIAL EVENTS AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • We have been permitted to resume birthday parties in a very limited capacity.
  • Parties will happen on the weekends, one party at a time, mostly outdoors, and always on the sports side of the building.
  • We also have partnerships with local organizations that we will resume in a very limited capacity. These activities will take place outside of normal fitness programming hours and will enter through the sports side of the building.
  • We want to be fully transparent that other activities may be happening in the building during off-peak times and assure you we are compliant with all health department rules for reopening.

Camp Bladium registration is OPEN. Camps will look quite a bit different, but we are committed to providing your child(ren) with safe, active play and interaction with their peers. There will be many changes this summer and a strict regime of cleaning and social distancing. We will give you more information on the specifics before your camper’s camp.

Click here to register for Camp Bladium.

NEW! Bladium Study Hall is an on-going, permanent solution for students (and parents) needing help with remote learning during the school year. Our Study Hall is focused on providing students with schoolwork help, socially distanced physically active games, and added specials activities.

SUMMER CAMP AND CAMP BLADIUM

  • Summer Camps continue to operate on the sports side Mon.-Fri. from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
  • Due to state rules and regulations regarding summer camps, members are not permitted to use the sports side of the building during these camps.
  • Bladium will be offering Bladium Study Hall, a remote learning assistance camp for families throughout the school year.

Here are a few of the changes that will directly impact you and your camper:

  • Camp hours are reduced to 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Per state guidelines, one coach will lead your child’s small group the duration of the week. This means a maximum of 8 hrs/day and 40 hrs/week for that coach.
  • All children ages 3 years and older must wear masks.
  • Campers will be dropped off and picked up via curbside check-in and check out. Please have the name of the camper(s) and who will be picking them up written on a piece of paper ready when you pull up.
  • Campers must bring their own lunch, snacks*, and a water bottle. Water fountains will be closed. Only the water bottle filling stations will be open. All campers must carry all lunches, snacks, water bottles, and any other personal items in a backpack. *Please note we are a nut-free facility.
  • Activities will shift to accommodate safety and social distancing. Expect more fun academic work, arts & crafts, reading activities, and fewer contact sports and physical activity as you have seen in past Camp Bladium summers.

We will give you more information on the specifics before your camper’s camp.

The Fun Zone is temporarily closed for drop-ins until further notice.

Our Lil’ Kickers, Skills Institute, and BISA Soccer Academy Fall seasons will run August 24-November 22, 2020. Registration is now open for the Fall 2020 Seasons!!!

  • Class sizes will be limited to half capacity.
  • All Bladium employees will be in masks and have temperature checks upon arrival.
  • Parents, guardians, and all kids over the age of 3 must be in masks.
  • For older classes, we ask parents to drop kids off at the door.
  • For younger classes, we ask only one adult per child.
  • All equipment and surfaces will be disinfected multiple times throughout the day.
  • The curriculum has been modified to allow for social distancing and less contact with equipment and coaches.
  • Should we have a disruption in our season due to COVID-19, all classes will go on pause and resume again when it is safe to do so.

We know your kids are probably bouncing off the walls right now. So we’ve created a weekly video series aimed at helping kids stay active, burn off some energy, and keep up their skills. The videos feature staff teaching an age-appropriate skill-building activity that kids can do at home, as well as a fun non-soccer activity and a Q&A session hosted by Kicker. To submit a question for Kicker, tag us on social media at #LKatHomeFun. Click here to visit our Facebook page featuring links to Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute At Home Fun.
